Besides packages, do you offer single consultations?

The reason I rely almost exclusively on packages is that I find hardly anyone benefits from one single session. Behavior change and improved health is a gradual process that takes time. I do offer a 60-minute ‘ask me anything’ session for $175, which is good for someone who may have a few specific nutrition and wellness questions, but doesn’t need continued contact. Please keep in mind that without a detailed health history, there are some things I will not be able to help you with during this call option. Do you accept insurance?

No. Because I want to spend time with you helping you achieve your goals, I prefer to be a private pay provider.

What days/hours do you offer appointments?

I offer appointments Monday-Friday and have morning, afternoon, and evening availability.

Why do you only see clients virtually?

I find that this is easiest for all parties involved! You don’t have to worry about finding child-care, fighting traffic, or getting lost. We can handle everything from the comfort of your home or workplace.

What is your cancellation policy?

If you cannot be present for our scheduled appointment, I require at least 24 hours notice. I have a $75 late cancel and $150 no-show policy.

Do you offer refunds?

Once you purchase a package, I cannot refund you. I offer credit toward future packages on a case by case basis.

What if I can’t afford this?

First, think about how much you’ve spent on other quick fixes that didn’t work. How much would it be worth to finally resolve what you’ve been struggling with?

I do try to offer lots of free resources. I post daily on my Instagram and Facebook accounts, update my blog regularly and send out a newsletter. I encourage you to take advantage!

I also offer payment plans. Feel free to reach out and I’m happy to set one up for you.

Do you have an online telehealth portal?

Yes! I use a software called Practice Better. It allows online scheduling, payments, secure messaging, HIPAA compliant video chatting, stores all of our communication and allows easy submission of client forms. It’s quite user friendly and I love being able to provide such great technology for clients.
